Where we ship

We ship across India and internationally, including the United States, Canada, the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Gulf and much of Asia and Latin America. The full list of countries appears at checkout. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Delivery estimates and charges

  • India, paid online (UPI, card, net banking, wallets): Free delivery on every order. Usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. HaloCalm heat belt: usually delivered in 4–8 days, shipped from our partner in Gujarat.
  • India, Cash on Delivery: a ₹130 delivery charge per order, shown at checkout when you pick the “Cash on Delivery” delivery option and collected by the courier together with the price of your order. Delivery times are the same as above.
  • International orders: ₹999 per order, free on orders of ₹3,799 or more. Some products (such as the HaloCalm heat belt) always ship free. The delivery charge shown at checkout is the final delivery charge. Delivery after dispatch: United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Asia 8–16 business days; the Gulf, Israel, Jordan and Türkiye 6–12 business days; Latin America 12–25 business days. The HaloCalm belt page shows its own delivery times per country.
  • A few products (marked "Ships within India only" on their page) cannot be sent abroad.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, customs clearance and peak seasons can add time.

Currency

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and you are charged in Indian Rupees. Your card issuer converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee.

Customs, duties and taxes (orders outside India)

International orders are shipped by courier from our partner warehouses (in India or China, depending on the product) and cleared through customs in your country. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are payable by you on delivery, unless your order confirmation states that duties were prepaid. For the United States: every parcel is now subject to import duty regardless of value. For the European Union: import VAT and customs duty (including the EU flat duty on low-value parcels) are collected by the courier on delivery. If you refuse a parcel because of duties, we can refund the product price only after the parcel is returned to us; the original shipping charge and any return costs are not refundable.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We send your tracking number by WhatsApp or email as soon as your order is dispatched.
