Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship
Delivery within India is free when you pay online (UPI or card). Cash on Delivery is available with a ₹130 delivery charge, paid at the door. We also ship to the USA (and several other countries; the full list is at checkout), prepaid only.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery estimates
After dispatch, typical delivery windows are:

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and peak seasons can occasionally add time.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities, are the customer's responsibility, and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
