Refund policy

Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery through the contact form or by email at bayofbazaarstore@gmail.com. Include photos or an unboxing video of the item and its packaging. Once confirmed, we send a free replacement. For orders outside India, where shipping a replacement costs more than the item, we may refund you instead without asking you to send the item back.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund — email us with your order number.

EU customers — right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email bayofbazaarstore@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may wait until we have received the item back or proof that you have sent it. You pay the direct cost of returning the item.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the error is ours — for example, we sent the wrong item or the item is defective. In those cases we cover it. For orders outside India, return shipping to India and any duties charged on the return are the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (within 14 days for EU withdrawals), in Indian Rupees. The amount credited in your own currency may differ because of exchange rates.
