Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of delivery through the contact form or by email at bayofbazaarstore@gmail.com. Include photos or an unboxing video showing the item and its packaging. Once confirmed, we will send you a free replacement.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund — email us with your order number.

EU customers — right of withdrawal

If you are in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason. To exercise it, email bayofbazaarstore@gmail.com with your order number stating that you wish to withdraw.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the error is ours — for example, we sent the wrong item or the item is defective. In those cases, we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (and in any case within 14 days for EU withdrawals).
